Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. The servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Every time you open a page, the server automatically stores log files: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the referrer and the browser used (user agent). This serves the operation and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Email delivery

Emails sent from the addresses no-reply@coldcallingcrew.com, business@coldcallingcrew.com and bewerbung@coldcallingcrew.com are delivered through the sending service Resend. In doing so, the recipient address and the content of the message are transmitted to Resend. The service is operated in the eu-west-1 region. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Job applications

When you apply, we process your name, your email address, your answers from the aptitude and language test and the test result. The purpose is selection and placement on projects. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual steps). Your data is deleted 12 months after your last application, or earlier if you ask us to.

Enquiries from businesses

When a business sends an enquiry through the form on the “For businesses” page, we process the company name, the company website, the name of the contact person, the email address, the phone number, the six selected answers and the free text, which is optional. The purpose is handling the enquiry and preparing the intro call. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual steps). The data is deleted 12 months after the enquiry, or earlier on request.

Audience measurement

We use Umami to measure visitor numbers. Umami runs on our own server at z.zaehlpunkt.com, sets no cookies and builds no personal profiles. Your IP address is not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets no tracking cookies. The selected language is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not embed fonts, scripts or content from third-party servers: all files of this website sit on our own server. Pages are delivered through Hostinger’s content delivery network (CDN), which means Hostinger sees the requests of visitors. We use no social plugins and no advertising network.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to object. Contact us at business@coldcallingcrew.com for this. You can also lodge a complaint with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
