Is it really free?
Yes. Training, tests, certification and placement cost you nothing, now or later. There are no course fees and no mandatory packages. We only earn when companies pay for results.
How do I earn money?
Strictly through success commission. As a setter you are paid per held appointment, as a closer per closed deal. The commission amount, payout date and project are fixed in writing before you start.
Do I work permanently for you?
No. You work self-employed on a commission basis, and we place you on projects with companies. In return you get full flexibility and terms that are fixed in writing.
Why is it commission only?
The model funds your free training and aligns interests cleanly: we only earn when you deliver results, and companies only pay for measurable outcomes. It does not suit everyone, but it is fair.
What does decision in 10 minutes mean?
Your application takes two minutes. Within 10 minutes you learn whether you are admitted to the suitability check. That is a decision about your application, not an income promise. Earning starts later, per result.
What happens if I fail the test?
You will be in good company, most people do not pass on the first attempt. You get direct feedback and can apply again after a waiting period. It costs you nothing.
Which languages can I work in?
Projects run in German and English. Where you live does not matter, our callers work remotely. We assess your language level during certification and place you on projects in your strongest language.
Do I need sales experience?
No. Career changers are often the best here. The training teaches you everything from opening lines to objection handling. What matters more than experience: persistence, a feel for language and self-discipline.
